Villa Serenity on dazzling white Aventuras Akumal beach has 3 oceanfront bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, air conditioning, Satellite TV, and WiFi internet.
Just inside the front door the lower level is in open plan with the living room, dining, and kitchen looking straight out to the beach through sliding glass doors. The living room has a comfortable L-shaped couch, and a large flat Satellite TV, DVD player and stereo for your entertainment. Adjacent is the dining table with an ocean view and seating for 8 people. A large kitchen has gourmet touches with granite counter tops and a large stainless steel refrigerator.
On the lower level is a spacious guest bedroom with 2 single beds and adjoining guest bathroom. Glass sliders lead out onto the ocean verandah and beach.
Upstairs are 2 more ocean side bedrooms, each with a king sized bed, big closet and private bathroom. There is an upper level furnished ocean terrace and a jungle terrace offering a complete view of your natural surroundings.
The beach side of the villa has a shaded verandah and plenty of space on the sand in full or partial sun. There are plenty of sun loungers, a shade palapa and a large outdoor dining table that seats 8, great for beach front cookouts!
On the street side Villa Serenity has ample private parking with a walled and gated area, and a brand new swimming pool (which is located through the door way on the lot next door). Guests of Villa Serenity have exclusive use of this swimming pool during their stay).
Villa Serenity is a short walk from the Be Live Oasis all-inclusive resort (at the end of their street). The nearby (2 km.) Grand Bahia Principe Resort has shopping, bars, and an ATM machine, and they sell all-inclusive day passes. If you are a golfer try the Riviera Maya Golf Course located at Bahia Principe. Many of the locals think it's the best golf courses on the coast.
