Villa Zen del Mar & Casa del Sol Naciente
These are two adjacent luxury villas on the beach. They offer a unique situation for a luxurious tropical wedding venue. Please review the following outline for the wedding package.
- Party will rent both villas for a week at the full published weekly rental fee.
- Maximum number of additional guests = 24 for a total event of maximum 50 people.
- Maximum number of servers, band, wedding planner etc. = 12
- Event fee for the wedding = US $5,000.00 to be paid in full with the rental.
- Villas Hospitality Manager and Villas' staff will be on site during the wedding.
- Villas will be cleaned by wedding planner's staff at the end of the event.
- Additional Security Deposit = $1,000 for a total of $3,000.00 (fully refundable).
- Commitment for a minimum tip to staff of $300 / week / villa
- Wedding planning / assistance in wedding planning is NOT provided by Villas.
- Wedding service (food and beverage) is NOT provided by Villas.
