Jade Moon consists of two buildings centered around a courtyard with a large 20 x 40 swimming pool, sun deck, palapa area, gas grill and tropical landscaping. This design creates a pleasant area that's great for sunning, swimming, socializing and cookouts. Jade Bay beach is right in front.
Jade Moon has two beach front condos and a courtyard pool front condo/apartment on its street side. All are available for rent. The beach side condominiums are Ruby Moon and Emerald Moon, two side by side condos. Each has three bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry, beach level covered patio with table and chairs, and a rooftop palapa covered observation deck with tiled bench seating and a table. Each condo has a master bedroom upstairs with king size bed, master bathroom and private terrace with a lovely view of the Caribbean. Ruby Moon and Emerald Moon each sleeps a maximum of six people.
A second level pool front bungalow is named Pearl Moon and has central air conditioning, one bedroom with a king bed, one bathroom, living, dining area, and a full kitchen. The balcony has a nice view of the pool area which has a gas grill and covered palapa for socializing and cook-outs. The beach is just on the other side of Ruby and Emerald Moon.
Jade Bay beach is quite private with just a few houses and one condominium complex on the beach. Jade Moon Villas is located on the south end of the beach with a healty deposit of sand directly in front and plenty of space for sun lounges. Central Akumal is 5 minutes north by car and has convenience/grocery stores, beach bars, dive shops, restaurants and more. Please research Akumal services via the links at the bottom of the page.
