Casa Texana is a deluxe beach front villa with four air conditioned bedrooms,
a beach front swimming pool and a gorgeous view of the Caribbean.

Beach level and the pool On its first floor Casa Texana
has two ocean side bedrooms with king size beds and private sliders out
onto the pool deck. Actually, there are three glass sliders at ground level
on the beach side of the house. One for each of the ocean side bedrooms and
another off the living room making cookouts and pool parties very convenient to
the living room and kitchen. Private pool and beach access from the bedrooms is quite
nice for secret midnight dips, stargazing and beach combing. A third bedroom
on the first floor is on the garden side of the house and has two twin
beds which can be pushed together to make a king. The pool area has a smooth
cut limestone pool deck and a shallow area that's perfect for lounging
in the water. Sun worshipers will enjoy working on their tans from either the
furnished pool deck or the sandy beach, just a step off the
deck. Inside, the first floor main living area has two couches and a coffee
table by the pool side slider, a dining room table that seats six,
and the first of two kitchens, this one featuring a brick archway and island with
stool seating.
 Second floor and the roof Up on the second floor is
another tremendous living space with comfy wicker furniture and a combination
pool/ air hockey table. There is also a second kitchen, fully equipped on
one side of the living room, and sliders that open to an ocean side terrace
on the other. The terrace is furnished and has an exterior stairway down
to the pool deck and beach so you don't have to walk through the house
to get to the beach from the second floor. Guests will soon discover the
convenience of this arrangement. The fourth bedroom, the master bedroom
suite, is also on the second level and has its own private ocean side balcony,
sitting room with domed brick ceiling and private green marble bathroom
(very nice). Another stairway from the second floor leads to the rooftop
observation deck and a spectacular panoramic view of greater Akumal Bay. |
