The main entrance to Yalku is just two minutes away!  This is a nice private location off the main road yet just around the corner from three restaurants.  The house is actually two separate units stacked with almost identical floor plans.  Each has two air-conditioned bedrooms with king size bed, one bathroom, full kitchen with raised counter and bar stools.  Both units have an exterior porch/ balcony.  Bathrooms are done in Mexican marble.  A charcoal grill is located on ground level for cookouts in the garden.  Both units have stereo players with CD and tapes as well as a safe or lock box for valuables. The open floor plan is very spacious with comfortable furnishings.

A common stairwell leads to the roof for good sunbathing, view of Yalku and star gazing at night.  The house has a gardener and night watchman.  Daily maid service is provided and the maid will do personal laundry on site for a small charge.
