Wedding & special event policies - Casa Iguana, Akumal, Mexico
Casa Iguana may not be used for special events or weddings without prior authorization and arrangements
- Event fees below will be added to the standard rental rates.
- Less than 20 total attendees including house guests: add $500 usd to rental rate.
- Between 21-35 total attendees including house guests: add $1,000 usd to rental rate.
- Between 36-50 total attendees including house guests: add $1,500 usd to rental rate.
- A minimum of a 4 day rental required.
- Maximum number of additional guests is 38. Total event maximum is 50.
- Event planner's staff is responsible for the following:
- Set up and take down of all chairs, tables, etc.
- All wedding planning functions
- Cleaning of villa at the end of the event
- Food and beverage service
- Security deposit of $2,000 usd in cash or US traveler checks will be required upon arrival.
- Deposit is fully refundable upon departure barring any undo damage.
