Blue Tang A and Blue Tang B are adjacent 2 bedroom townhouses that can be combined for 4 bedrooms. The Blue Tang townhouses have been completely renovated and upgraded with individually controlled air conditioning throughout. They feature large windows and glass sliders looking toward the lagoon, direct access to Yal ku lagoon and 2 rooftop pools, one for each townhouse. With extensive decorations and artwork, Blue Tang is limited to adults only. (See French Angel if you have children).
Blue Tang is part of the "Romero Complex" which contains Casa Romero, Casa French Angel and Casa Blue Tang (Casa Romero is in the middle). All face the lagoon directly and all have been completely renovated and upgraded. With private free access to the lagoon and great views of both Yal ku and the ocean, this location is ideal.
Blue Tang is perfect for adults traveling together as it contains two complete side-by-side 2-story townhouses. When combined the building has four bedrooms with a maximum capacity of 8 adults. Each townhouse has its own rooftop pool and observation/tanning area, and a furnished lagoon side patio on ground level with a path to the lagoon.
If you are single couple or small group with up to 4 adults you can rent either 2-story townhouse with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area, patio, two bedrooms, 2½ bathrooms and full laundry. Bedroom suites are on the second level with large windows overlooking the lagoon. Each bedroom has individually controlled air conditioning and a bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower. In each townhouse there are two bedrooms, each with a king size bed.
The ground floor of each townhouse has a living room, dining room, full kitchen, one bathroom and a laundry area. The living room is comfortably furnished with a glass slider to the lagoon and lagoon side exterior patio. A flat screen TV with satellite service (US channels) and a CD player faces the main living area. WiFi Internet connection is available at no cost. Across from the living room the dining area has a table for six and its own glass slider to the lagoon. The living and dining rooms have an open floor plan providing a spacious area to enjoy.
Walk out a few steps from the patio to the property's private lagoon access and slip on your fins and snorkeling gear. Turn left towards the head of the lagoon and commune with Parrot fish, Angels and Sergeant Majors, or turn right and swim towards the sea. You may spot a turtle or ray after the lagoon transitions to a sandy inlet. With essentially no waves the lagoon is ideal for young adults and children under supervision, offering magnificent snorkeling in calmer water for both the novice and experienced snorkeler.
The heated rooftop pools are separate with a shallow depth and a bench seat that rings the inner perimeter of each pool. The pool deck has two separate areas with full sun and shade, one for each townhouse. Slightly different than French Angel, the pool observation area has a view of both Yal ku lagoon and the Caribbean.
